End-user RMA Policy |

Sparkle Computer Corp. (hereinafter mentioned as Sparkle) honors it product(s) with a limited one-year replacement warranty from the date of invoice. Sparkle Return Merchandise Authorization (hereinafter mentioned as RMA) allows End-users to return defective product(s) to Sparkle for a replacement(s). End-users first need to submit Sparkle RMA Request Form for warranty qualifying, and Sparkle will approve a RMA number for End-users to return defective product(s). End-users then follow the return instructions to send the defect product(s) freight prepaid to Sparkle. Once Sparkle receives and tests the defective product(s), a replacement product(s) will be sent back to End-users at Sparkle’s expense. RMA REQUEST
· RMA Department Hour: Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM PST · RMA Request Form can be downloaded from www.sparkle-usa.com or contact (626)333-3311 for a copy. · Within 48 hours of receiving End-users’ RMA Request Forms, Sparkle will qualify the warranty and generate RMA numbers. End-users will receive Email notifications with Sparkle’s RMA number and return instructions. · Sparkle reserves the right to decline any application for an RMA number. PACKING & SHIPPING
· Only defective product(s) needs to be returned. Do not send in any of the accessories that came with the original packaging. · Defective product(s) needs to be firmly packed to prevent shipping damaged. · Sparkle’s RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. If End-users send the product(s) without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will be returned back unopened. ·
End-users
are responsible on the charges of the shipment to Sparkle, Sparkle returns · Suggest End-users to use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery (such as Federal Express, UPS, or Airborne). Sparkle does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless proof of delivery to Sparkle is provided · All RMA returns must be handled by shipping carriers. Sparkle does not allow for any dropped off or picked up. WARRANTY
TERM
· Limited one year warranty effects from the date of invoice and is to repair or replace product(s) only. · Damage of or lacks of serial number label will cause warranty void. · Sparkle does not accept any product(s) that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification, or transferred to someone other than the original consumer purchaser. REPLACEMENT
· Replacement may include new, remanufactured, or refurbished product(s) and parts. · Subject to product(s) availability, Sparkle may replace equivalent or higher spec product(s) to End-users ·
