SPARKLE factory covers an area of 220,000 square meters, employing more than thousand people, it has 18 high-speed chip placers, 9 hot air N reflow fumaces and 2 BGA solder-ball impanters and so on. The production capacity is up to 600,000 pieces per month. SPARKLE Computer Co., Ltd. passed RoHS lead-free, non-mercury and other hazardous materials certifications in 2006.
