
Exclusive 5-YEAR Warranty Upon Registration for Power Supplies
SPARKLE Computer Corp. (hereinafter mentioned as SPARKLE) honors its GOLD CLASS series power supplies for ONE year standard warranty and an exclusive FIVE years warranty for purchasers register at “My Sparkle” within 30 days of purchase period against defects in materials or workmanship.
End-user Return Policy
If the purchase date is within the 30-day period of the invoice or receipt, end-users should contact the seller or vendor for return or exchange. Once the purchase passes the 30-day vendor return period, end-user can request RMA service for warranty qualification, and SPARKLE will issue a RMA number for End-user to return defective product(s). End-user will be required to follow the return instructions to send the defect product(s) freight prepaid to SPARKLE. Upon receiving and verification of the defective product(s), a replacement product(s) will be sent out back to End-users at SPARKLE’s expense.
1. A copy of invoice or receipt is required to enclose with the return product(s).
2. This RMA policy is applied to Sparkle retail models purchased and returned within the 48 Continental US states and
3. The RMA returns must be a Sparkle product(s) sold by Sparkle's authorized re-sellers and the product(s) specified on the RMA form. Otherwise the RMA will be void and will be returned at the customer’s cost.
4. Warranty effect starts from the date of your purchase and will cover the repair or replacement of the product(s) only.
5. Any product is not eligible for warranty repair or replacement if:
• It was found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence.
• The warranty label is broken or cover is removed.
• The serial number is not readable.
6. Replacement may include new, remanufactured, or refurbished product(s) and parts.
7. Subject to product(s) availability, Sparkle may replace the same, equivalent, or higher performance product(s) to the End-users.
8. Under normal operation, RMA returns will be repaired /replaced within 72 working hours after receipt by Sparkle then return to customer at our cost.
9. Sparkle reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements or the supplied information is incomplete or deem invalid.
WARRANTY TERM
Warranty is subjected to void under unauthorized attempt to open the power case or modification of any kinds, even attempted only, of the power supply unit or its components.
SPARKLE will not be responsible for damages caused by following situation:
Open the power supply unit case and/or modification of any component or cable without SPARKLE’s written authorization.
Ignoring connector’s insertion prevention design and attaching a connector to a device in wrong orientation.
Connecting too many devices to one cable unit by using addition adaptor.
Usage of non-genuine SPARKLE modular cables.
Damages caused by natural phenomena or uncontrollable forces, such as lightning, flooding, fire, earthquake, etc.
RMA REQUEST
First be sure to have the product model, serial number, the proof of purchase with seller and purchase date available.
Become “My Sparkle” member to register product within 30-day of purchase.
After product registration your Sparkle Gold class PSU will be automatically enrolled into 5-year warranty program.

PACKING & SHIPPING
Only defective product(s) needs to be returned. Do not send in any of the accessories that came with the original packaging.
Defective product(s) needs to be securely packed to prevent shipping damaged.
Sparkle’s RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. If End-users send the product(s) without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will be returned back unopened.
End-users are responsible on the charges of the shipment to Sparkle; Sparkle will return the replacement at Sparkle’s own expense.
Sparkle advises End-users to use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery (such as Federal Express, UPS, or Airborne). Sparkle does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless proof of delivery to Sparkle is provided.
All RMA returns must be handled by shipping carriers. Sparkle does not allow for any dropped off or picked up.
